Oregon Coast

Over 360 miles of coastline dotted with lighthouses, fishing villages and dramatic scenery stretching from Washington State to Northern California. Lewis and Clark ended their epic journey at the northern end near Astoria. The entire coast is studded with singular sights, from dramatic rock formations to churning whirlpools to miles and miles of sandy beaches and to drive Highway 101, also known as the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway, makes for a splendid fly-drive holiday.

The rich history of the coast can be seen inside Oregon's lighthouses and in a host of museums and historic homes. There are plenty of activities to break up the drive which include whale watching, fishing, surfing and hiking.
