Why should I visit Utah?

Utah is an extraordinary varied state.
- Visit the National Parks; the most visited ones are described separately, but don’t ignore the others. State Parks such as Grand Staircase Escalante, Dead Horse Point or Goblin Valley will all take your breath away.
- Rent a houseboat on Lake Powell or stay at a luxury resort for a few days relaxation.

- Utah has many certified Dark Sky Parks, recognised for their low level of light pollution, allowing you to see constellations and planets in a way that most of us could not imagine.
- The state also has over 2,200 miles of scenic byways – designated roads of outstanding beauty such as route 12 which links the Red Canyon, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce and the Kodachrome Basin.

TIP:  Buy an America the Beautiful Pass from Frontier America before you go.  It will save many $.
TIP:  Utah can be very hot during the summer.  Consider travelling in the off season: it is just as beautiful, cheaper and many less people.
