Day 1

Las Vegas

Arrive in Las Vegas today and transfer to your hotel. This is a city where you will not be short of things to do, a playground for adults that is steeped in excess and draped in glitz and glamour. Hit the world-famous Las Vegas Strip for five-star shows, food and casinos.

Day 2

Las Vegas to Kingman

Shake off the remnants of last night and pick up your bike this morning before setting out southeast on the SR 147. Your first stop will be the awe-inspiring Hoover Dam, one of the world’s largest man made structures designed to prove low-cost electricity for cities in the southwest. Then continue your journey to Kingman with a scenic ride through Lake Mead and the Cerbat Mountains. The town of Kingman is known as the “Heart of Historic Route 66” so soak up the nostalgia and visit the Historic Route 66 Museum.

Day 3

Kingman to Sedona

Today you will a portion of the legendary Route 66 as you leave Kingman and head on to Peach Springs, the headquarters for the Hualapai Indian Reservation that covers nearly a million acres. You will also enjoy a scenic ride through the Prescott National Forest before arriving in Jerome, and old mining town and popular stop for bikers. Then it’s on to the beautiful Sedona, an eclectic mix of scenery that offers many wonderful views and photo opportunities. There are plenty of hikes available as well as off trail riding.

Day 4

Sedona to Grand Canyon

oday you will head off the renowned Grand Canyon! Visit Oak Creek Canyon in the morning, an intimate spot on the southern edge of Great Colorado plateau that is known for its spectacularly coloured cliffs. After that stop you will continue along through Flagstaff before arriving at the spectacular Grand Canyon.

Day 5

Grand Canyon to Page

Take the morning to explore the stunning Grand Canyon, with plenty of trails and hikes to do, make sure to make the most of this spectacular piece of scenery. Then cruise along the Southern Rim as you head toward Cameron, an old time trading post. From here you will make your way through Navajo Country on the way to Page.

Day 6

Page to St. George

From Page you will head west through the Vermillion Cliffs and into Utah, from the beautiful scenery you will now switch the long straight roads until your read the spectacular Grande Escalante. When you arrive at Mount Carmel Junction you will take Highway 9 down to Zion National Park, a national park that is steeped in natural beauty. Follow the seven-mile Zion Park route to see the highlights of this beautiful park before riding on to St. George.

Day 7

St. George to Las Vegas

Today you will begin your journey back to the glitz of Las Vegas, a glittering metropolis that will seem like a mirage as its towering skyline breaks over the horizon of the Nevada desert. On the way you may wish to stop at Mesquite, an historic town on the Arizona/Nevada state line.

If you feel like you can stand the heat, a slight detour today will take you to the Valley of Fire, with summer temperatures regularly exceeding 38 degrees celcius, the magnificent prehistoric rock formations blend with the desert to create one of the world’s most inhospitable environments. Then ride back to Las Vegas, where you will say goodbye to your bike before transferring to your hotel for the final night of your stay.

Day 8

Las Vegas

Today will be the final day of your trip, so head back to Las Vegas International Airport to either head home or onto your next destination. If you need any help booking the next part of your trip, Frontier America will be happy to help.
