On the National Register of Historic Places, Le Pavillon has a long past dating back to 1907 with many uses and names. Today, it is full of glorious European antique furniture, fabulous Czech crystal chandeliers and other decorative gems, some of which apparently came from the Grand Hotel in Paris. This elegant hotel is close to the French Quarter but just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle.
The newly renovated 226 rooms and suites have beautiful marble bathrooms, antique style furniture with modern amenities such as 46” televisions and fast Wi-Fi.
Some of the suites are themed: you can choose a Plantation or Art Deco suite for instance.
Why we like it
We love the building.
