The Redwoods are the quintessential "log cabin in the woods". These charming, rustic cottages are in the Wawona area of Yosemite National Park and vary in size and character from the quite simple 1-bedroom cabin to the luxurious 6-bedroom houses which are really too smart to be called a cottage.

The Redwoods is the perfect spot for families as well as couples who want "to get away from it all". Wifi and mobile coverage is patchy at best and there are no televisions; instead there is the great outdoors and the bird song. There is no restaurant and only a very basic shop on site, so you should shop before you get into the park. There are restaurants fairly close at the historic Wawona hotel or a bit further away at the Tenaya Lodge. You are also close to Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.

Rooms

Most of the 130 cabins are privately owned giving each one an individual feel. They all have fully equipped kitchens and many have a bbq area on the deck.
