The Venetian

Las Vegas, Nevada

Our Rating

The Venetian is one of the most spectacular buildings on the Strip. Its striking 36-storey tower recreates Renaissance Venice with the famous Campanile Tower, arched bridges, canals and vibrant piazzas, you can meander through the Grand Canal Shoppes, with cobbled streets, and a reproduction of the Grand Canal, complete with serenading gondoliers and a replica of St. Mark's Square, yet you are at one of the most exciting crossroads of the Strip. It is a bizarre feeling.

At The Venetian, all the rooms are suites and at a minimum of 650 sq. ft. they are nearly double the size of most other Las Vegas hotel rooms. Like almost everything in Vegas, the hotel is over the top and oversized!  It has 40 restaurants, 10 bars and more than 7000 bedrooms;  even the Venetian-style garden swimming pool deck is 5 acres.  However, despite its size, the service is good and it is an excellent place from which to enjoy Las Vegas.

On site, there is a casino, Madame Tussauds, 6 theatres and a Canyon Ranch spa club.

Rooms

Luxury Suite – 1 King Bed, At approximately 650 square feet the plush two level Luxury King Suites include a king size bed with fine Egyptian cotton sheets and a Roman style bathroom.

Bella Suite – 2 Queen Beds. The Bella Suite is similar to the luxury suite  but has two queen size beds instead of the King.

Rialto Suite - Following the Venetian theme, the 1100 sq feet Rialto suites have an Italian marble foyer, one king or two queen size beds, a larger sitting area plus a huge walk-in cupboard.

Why we like it?

Stunning building on the Strip. Experience a small part of Europe in the heart of America.

Everyone needs to visit Las Vegas at least once in their lives. Whether it is the thrill of the casinos, the numerous excellent restaurants (Las Vegas has more Michelin starred restaurants than any other city in the world), the eye-popping shows, the neon lights or the sheer razzma...Read More
